📋 Description

• Own DT product solutioning and build, providing direction and delivering product features and improvements • Create great customer experiences • Liaise between business stakeholders, Product Managers, and the Development team • Convert business requirements into technical specifications for development • Direct business, design, engineering, and product teams to create digital transformation experiences • Oversee development and product teams to scope product delivery • Support solution strategies and understand development alternatives • Identify gaps and issues and design problem solutions • Partner with the development team to evaluate feasibility and technical alternatives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience driving critical, cross-organization technical initiatives • Knowledge of security and privacy programs • Understanding of system and architecture design approaches • Ability to ensure technologies deliver scale and perform appropriately end-to-end • Ability to solve problems at scale • Experience defining technical approaches for data handling • Ability to operate at a program level with oversight over an entire program • Ability to work independently and use discretion in making significant decisions • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Experience with business, design, engineering, and product teams • Experience scoping product delivery and evaluating development alternatives • Ability to identify gaps and issues and design problem solutions • Ability to define and collect clear, actionable business requirements • Ability to evaluate feasibility and technical alternatives
