📋 Description

• Work on large and small events across the Village • Complete administrative tasks including expenses, invoices, emails, meetings, and homerooms • Conduct site visits • Create budgets, room diagrams, and equipment lists • Order equipment • Schedule labor • Set up event equipment • Organize PowerPoint presentations • Manage freelance labor • Operate equipment • Run presentations • Tear down equipment after events • Process labor invoices • Bill back various departments • Close jobs in the system • Mentor and support others • Create best-practice documents • Identify opportunities for improvement and gather partner feedback • Give instructions, guide activities, and monitor outcomes • Provide outstanding customer service

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • Knowledge of AV Systems • Knowledge of AV Procedures • Knowledge of Vectorworks Spotlight drafting software • Fluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to successfully perform the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position • Experience working in the event technology and production services industry, with a concentration in corporate events and/or trade shows a plus • Travel: 25% • Nights/Weekends: 10-20% • Ability to lift a minimum of 5 lbs to a maximum of 50 lbs unassisted • Ability to stand, sit, stoop, walk, stretch, reach, and use full range of body motions • Manual dexterity for specific equipment • Ability to use a computer keyboard and peripherals • Vision adequate to perform essential duties and responsibilities • May be required to demonstrate the ability to differentiate colors on a test strip
