📋 Description

• Support the reporting portfolio for an assigned business area, including intake, requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance • Build and maintain reporting pipelines and automated workflows using SQL and established reporting tools • Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources, including GCP environments • Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards and data visualizations supporting operational decision-making • Use Alteryx or similar tools to prepare, blend, transform, and automate datasets for recurring reports and dashboards • Apply standards for data quality, documentation, testing, access, and reporting governance • Recommend improvements that increase reporting accuracy, usability, and efficiency • Build knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and connect data trends to billing, EDI transactions, cash metrics, DSO, yield, and revenue • Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches • Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and evaluate practical solutions • Summarize findings, implications, and recommended next steps for stakeholders • Manage assigned reporting requests and project tasks within agreed timelines and quality expectations • Participate in stakeholder working sessions and confirm deliverables • Use JIRA to document requirements, manage work, and track progress • Communicate progress, dependencies, risks, and timeline changes • Balance recurring reporting, ad hoc requests, production support, and project work • Collaborate with peers and senior analysts to resolve reporting, data, and workflow issues • Document solutions, share project learnings, and provide responsive business-partner support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information technology, engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience — Required • 2 to 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or a related role — Required • Commitment to DaVita’s Core Values — Required • Working proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, data validation, and common data-transformation techniques — Required • Experience creating or maintaining business reports, dashboards, and recurring analytical deliverables — Required • Experience with Tableau, including dashboard development, data visualization, calculated fields, filters, and publishing or maintaining content — Preferred • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery or other cloud-based data services — Preferred • Experience using Alteryx for data preparation and scalable, automated workflows — Preferred • Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms — Preferred • Experience in healthcare analytics and/or revenue cycle operations — Preferred • Relevant certifications in Tableau, GCP, Alteryx, data analytics, or business intelligence — Preferred • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences • Ability to meet agreed-upon timelines and quality expectations
