📋 Description

• Oversees and enhances operations efficiency and effectiveness of the company • Provides actionable insights and recommendations to executive management • Identifies operational bottlenecks and areas for improvement • Develops and implements strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs • Collaborates with department heads to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) • Monitors and analyzes KPIs and provides regular reports • Fosters effective communication and collaboration across departments • Works closely with teams such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations • Leads and oversees implementation of process improvement initiatives • Defines project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements • Monitors resource allocation across departments • Makes recommendations for resource adjustments • Identifies potential operational risks and develops mitigation strategies • Ensures compliance with industry regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field • 5+ years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related field • Expertise in SQL, Excel and other data analysis tools • String understanding of statistical methods and modeling • Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems • Service-oriented, and a collaborative influence style • Proven ability to craft and present a business analysis • Experience making decisions based on business metrics.
