📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement custom reporting solutions • Develop automated and self-service solutions for efficient access to data and reporting • Participate in change management and go-live support • Maintain end-user training documentation • Provide project estimates and target dates • Plan and organize development tasks • Monitor, identify, and resolve reporting and data issues • Develop or modify workflows and reports • Understand data structures, values, and transformations • Contribute to standards, processes, and procedures improving reporting and validation quality and accuracy • Work on client projects with a sense of urgency • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Technical Account Management, and Operations • Serve as a subject-matter expert for internal and external reporting and data solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis • 1–3 years of experience in project management • Advanced knowledge of business analysis techniques • Passion for technology and finding the best tool for the job • Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines under pressure • Problem-solving orientation • Enthusiasm for providing superior client experiences • Aptitude to gain working knowledge to expert-level experience in all company software platforms • Ability to understand multiple department processes and interdepartmental interactions • Ability to bring process optimization and cost savings proposals to the management team • Superior time management skills • Excellent listening and communication skills • Focused and detail-oriented • Payroll experience preferred but not required • Experience with Alteryx, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Snowflake, and Tableau • Ability to occasionally work hours beyond the normal daily schedule • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Employment eligibility in the United States
