📋 Description

• Research and input system architecture changes for insurance setup objects supporting revenue and claims billing • Implement and resolve complex payer contract requirements in DaVita’s systems • Respond to internal inquiries regarding contracts, revenue, plan management and billing attributes • Perform revenue operations duties involving contract management, revenue management or insurance plan management, including UB04 and HCFA 1500 billing templates • Communicate with insurance payers about network coverage, relationships and contract terms • Process payer, partner and customer requests to load center and payer information into the billing system • Respond to payer communications and bulletins • Collaborate with revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes • Identify process changes and continuous improvement opportunities • Maintain current system setup attributes, new technology and charge master items • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies • Collect, analyze, interpret and summarize source-system data • Attend scheduled team meetings, phone conferences and training • Work overtime as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • 2 years of healthcare experience in Revenue Operations or experience working with a variety of health care insurance payers • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt quickly and manage stress • Relationship-building and teamwork skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and DaVita policies
