📋 Description
• Architect, optimize, and support the cloud-based communication ecosystem • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for NICE CXone • Enhance performance of complex, existing architectures • Drive seamless integrations across enterprise platforms • Spearhead adoption of next-generation AI and voice technologies • Mentor engineering teams • Lead root-cause resolution for major events across the contact center landscape
🎯 Requirements
• Experience architecting, optimizing, and supporting cloud-based communication ecosystems • Subject matter expertise in NICE CXone • Experience enhancing complex, existing architectures • Experience driving integrations across enterprise platforms • Experience with AI and voice technologies • Ability to provide high-level mentorship to engineering teams • Ability to lead root-cause resolution for major events • Must meet applicable geographical minimum-wage and exemption requirements
