📋 Description

• Support the Infection Prevention Director with projects, process management, analyses, and leadership presentations • Build relationships with internal partners and external vendors • Develop processes across the full lifecycle from gap definition through execution • Create and manage individual work plans and contribute to overall project plans • Develop analytical approaches and frameworks using continuous improvement tools • Manage strategic and operational initiatives with cross-functional clinical, operational, and senior business leadership • Develop and communicate project scope, timelines, plans, and resource requirements • Create, implement, and drive adoption of processes and solutions • Oversee and manage the Analyst, Clinical Operations project portfolio • Provide coaching and project sponsorship and remove barriers • Manage relationships with leaders and clinical teammates at all levels • Communicate project status, needs, targets, goals, scope, schedule, metrics, and revenue to senior leadership • Support divisional goal tracking, scorecards, project portfolio management, business reviews, and projects • Oversee division-wide growth initiatives • Structure and incubate improvement opportunities using continuous improvement tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • At least 4 years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership role required • At least 2 years of project management experience required • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required • Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payors, physician networks, preventive care models, and/or integrated care models preferred • MBA or graduate degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
