📋 Description

• Support Corporate Development (M&A) transaction execution and development and growth efforts • Support acquisitions, joint venture de novos, and partial or whole divestitures • Build complex Excel valuation models for potential acquisitions and divestitures • Evaluate deals using discounted cash flow analyses, IRR, EBITDA multiples, and related metrics • Create pro forma income and cash flow statements for potential joint ventures • Manage due diligence, including leading physical site visits, coordinating with sellers, collecting data, and ensuring appropriate review • Create presentations and proposals for sellers, joint venture partners, senior management, and the board of directors • Collaborate with Transaction Directors and legal teams on negotiating and drafting definitive agreements • Work with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, Integration, IT, Finance, Accounting, and other departments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field at top undergraduate program • 2–4 years of transaction-oriented analytical experience • Significant direct transaction experience • Strong finance, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deal environment • Self-starter and problem solver able to think and work independently • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with transaction stakeholders • Experience in investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or corporate development preferred
