📋 Description

• Analyze provider compensation, calculate provider salaries, and manage related statistical data • Coordinate budgets, compensation audits, financial planning, and related analysis • Provide timely and accurate data analysis to finance and medical affairs leadership • Support development, improvement, and monitoring of provider compensation models • Facilitate systems, programs, and strategic initiatives for provider compensation and payment processes • Maintain updated external provider compensation benchmarking information • Support physician compensation committees and councils through provider compensation calculations and specialty-specific market analysis • Collaborate with budgeting and finance leaders to manage provider compensation activities and integrate forecast data with organizational software • Monitor approved provider compensation changes and prepare the annual provider compensation payroll file • Ensure accurate accounting of provider compensation activities • Provide data and analytics for physician compensation audits • Support monthly management reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning • Participate in committees and projects, assist with continuing education, keep the supervisor informed, and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a preferred emphasis on accounting, finance, economics, or related field from an accredited four-year institution • A Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is desired • Minimum of three years of general accounting and financial operations experience • Healthcare and/or multi-entity system or public accounting experience preferred • Familiarity with PeopleSoft/Oracle desired • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word required
