📋 Description

• Provide leadership and direction to Specialists on the Revenue Operations team • Lead and/or actively support strategic initiatives, process redesign, analytical report development, and special projects • Ensure high-quality customer service according to department and company policy • Monitor team productivity and progress • Determine staffing plans for effective use of teammates • Establish, communicate, and ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved • Address teammate relations issues and escalate to the manager as necessary • Assist with hiring, promotions, performance evaluations, PTO, and disciplinary actions • Write and conduct annual Performance Development Reviews • Maintain teammate records in compliance with policy and applicable laws • Communicate company policies and procedures • Recruit teammates with appropriate skills and experience with People Services and the manager • Lead or participate in special projects • Liaise between the data analytics team and other departments • Support the analytics team manager with business acumen and technical knowledge • Meet tight deadlines in time-sensitive, resource-constrained project environments • Provide frequent status updates to the manager • Assist with CQI and other business effectiveness/efficiency efforts • Identify system and process improvement opportunities and make recommendations • Perform root cause analysis on large datasets and create detailed reports • Provide timely performance-metric reporting to senior leadership • Maintain reporting continuity, integrity, and communication among analytical departments • Champion DaVita’s Mission and Values • Attend meetings, phone conferences, and training • Perform other assigned or required duties

🎯 Requirements

• Supervisory experience demonstrating willingness, desire, and ability to supervise, with aptitude for coaching, mentoring, training, and developing teammate skills • Willingness and desire to create a team learning environment and foster a positive, fulfilling work environment • Demonstrated strengths in teambuilding and leadership skills • Critical thinker with demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, draw conclusions, solve problems, prepare and implement action plans, and lead improvement initiatives • Strong computer skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Travel required: up to 5%
