📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end product delivery process in the technology environment • Lead and mentor teams designing, building, testing, deploying, supporting, and standardizing highly functional teams within DaVita IT • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful product launches • Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to deliver high-quality solutions • Lead the technical product delivery lifecycle while ensuring architectural integrity and timely, successful product releases • Monitor and track project milestones against timelines, scope, and budget • Drive execution of product initiatives and ensure quality standards are met • Optimize processes and improve efficiency • Work with scrum masters, product managers, project managers, architects, QA, and development teams to execute IT projects • Lead, mentor, and manage a large-scale team of approximately 50 people across engineering and QA • Provide oversight, challenge assumptions, drive outcome-based performance, and ensure accountability • Foster innovation, continuous improvement, ownership, and alignment with DaVita core values • Support career development, performance management, conflict management, change management, resource allocation, recruiting, and hiring for technical roles • Guide technical decision-making and architecture with technical leads, teams, and architects • Drive strategic implementation of emerging technologies, especially Generative AI • Evaluate and improve product delivery processes and workflows • Ensure alignment with product development and deployment methodologies • Identify and resolve delivery roadblocks and risks, escalating with proposed solutions when necessary • Manage complex stakeholder expectations regarding deliverables, timelines, and scope • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align products with customer needs and business goals • Perform other duties as assigned

• Proven track record of managing agile scrum development teams • Experience working with diverse business partners • Ability to juggle multiple concurrent large complex cross-functional projects • Strong project management skills • Excellent people management, time management, decision-making, problem-solving, presentation, documentation, planning, and organization skills • Strong technical expertise in technical product delivery lifecycle • Strong process optimization and efficiency skills • Ability to identify root causes and drive effective solutions through completion • Strong product mindset and deep understanding of user behavior • Ability to navigate websites/apps and identify user experience gaps • Experience with technical decision-making and architecture • Focus on Generative AI and emerging technologies
