📋 Description
• Reviews residents' third party insurance policies to determine compliance with client's requirements for opting out of damage waiver program. • Connects with clients on penetration decreases. • Implements new properties for existing clients. • Provides client and resident facing customer service.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Two (2) or more years relevant experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent problem solving and time management skills • Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
