📋 Description

• The Senior Sales Manager – Metals is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s presence within the metals transportation, intermodal, and warehousing markets. • This role develops and executes strategic sales initiatives, cultivates strong client relationships, and identifies new business opportunities to achieve sales objectives. • The Senior Sales Manager serves as a trusted advisor to customers while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional logistics solutions and customer experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required. • Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in the metals industry or a related logistics-focused environment. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving business growth in a competitive market. • Strong leadership, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Solid understanding of supply chain, transportation, intermodal, warehousing, and logistics services. • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience preferred. • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer relationship management skills. • Ability to travel up to 50% as required. • Experience within metals, industrial manufacturing, transportation, logistics, or supply chain industries preferred.
