• Contribute to technical strategy and build secure, scalable infrastructure • Develop Daymark Health’s cancer care platform across the stack, emphasizing user experience, workflow integration, and security • Collaborate with engineering, operations, product, data engineering, analytics, operational leadership, and external customers • Build core systems and tools that enable the care team to serve patients efficiently and effectively • Follow secure development practices and handle protected health information (PHI) carefully within HIPAA and SOC 2 controls • Help bring the product to market
• 2+ years of experience designing and building user-centric products • Comfort working across the stack and picking up unfamiliar parts of a system • Experience with Python • Experience with AWS managed services, including EventBridge, Lambda, and DynamoDB • Fluency with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot • Familiarity with healthcare technology, including EHRs and interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7, is a plus • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to engage directly with customers and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to adapt to rapid changes, balance competing priorities, and navigate evolving business landscapes
