📋 Description

• Serve as a key point of contact in resolving accounts for deceased individuals • Work sensitively with estates, attorneys, and family representatives • Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements • Uphold company information security and privacy responsibilities • Accurately document accounts • Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed • Obtain necessary estate information • Follow up with attorneys or personal representatives regarding claim filing

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Licensed Debt Collector (or ability to obtain licensure) • Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems • Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills • Courteous, empathic, and professional telephone manner • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment • Team-oriented with the ability to also work independently
