📋 Description

• Own the architecture and evolution of the core execution engine behind Decagon agents • Lead design for systems that coordinate complex reasoning and action flows at scale • Drive reliability, testing, and observability standards across the orchestration stack • Create frameworks that enable safe, fast iteration on agent behavior • Mentor senior engineers and help grow the technical culture of Agent Orchestration

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience with a strong record of technical leadership • Proficiency in Python or Typescript and comfort with asynchronous programming • Expertise in distributed systems, concurrency, or large-scale real-time platforms • Ability to define long-term architecture and lead complex cross-functional projects • Strong instincts around system correctness, reliability, and debuggability • Experience mentoring other engineers and raising the technical bar.
