📋 Description

• Support the formation and maintenance/governance needs of general partners and their funds around the world • Coordinate with legal partners in preparing fund formation and governance agreements • Work with the company's SaaS platform for venture capital firms • Help take ownership of fund client accounts and relationships • Assist with fund paperwork and operational matters from formation through governance and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in legal or fund operations, performing legal work • Experience performing legal work under attorney supervision • Paralegal and legal/fund operations background • Strong professional phone and videoconferencing persona • High digital literacy and ability to learn new software quickly • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment • Composure in high-stress situations • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • High emotional intelligence and intuition • Proactive attitude • Ability to create logical solutions to complex problems • Detail-oriented and analytical nature, particularly with respect to legal agreements • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing business • Flexible and adaptable • Venture capital knowledge and experience preferred • 2+ years of venture capital experience preferred • Startup or incubator experience preferred • Startup financing experience preferred • Multilingual skills preferred • SaaS experience preferred
