📋 Description

• Collaborate with law firms to assess operational needs and translate them into practical technology solutions • Configure and customize case management system platforms including Filevine, Lead Docket, Lawmatics, and Case Status • Manage database functions including field mapping, data structuring, automation rules, and document templates • Conduct client-facing discovery sessions, process mapping, and training workshops • Provide guidance on best practices for intake, case workflow, reporting, and compliance • Manage clients independently and build solutions tailored to their needs • Maintain documentation and assist with support and change management after implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the legal industry as a case manager or paralegal • 1+ year of experience in database administration within a SaaS environment, preferably with legal CMS platforms • 1+ year in a consulting or client-facing role preferred • Strong understanding of legal workflows, case lifecycle stages, and litigation or personal injury practice areas • Comfortable working with task automation, document generation, and workflow design tools • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical advice for non-technical users • Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and make thoughtful recommendations tailored to client needs • Filevine certification or advanced Filevine feature experience is a bonus • Experience with reporting tools such as DOMO or Tableau, or process automation platforms, is a bonus
