📋 Description

• Advise on cap-exempt and cap-subject H-1B strategy, EB-1B, NIW, O-1, E-2, TN, E-3, and J-1 matters • Handle physician and clinical matters, including J-1 waivers, Conrad 30, and Schedule A for nurses and PTs • Run faculty PERM special handling and permanent residence cases • Guide startups on immigration strategy as they grow • Lead client communication • Review the work of paralegals and legal assistants

🎯 Requirements

• Bar membership • 7+ years of business immigration experience • Strong nonimmigrant and employment-based green card knowledge, including PERM and complex RFEs and NOIDs • Experience with at least two of: universities or research institutions, hospitals or healthcare systems, startups or small companies • Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail in a high-volume setting • Resume, cover letter, and writing sample required
