🎯 Requirements

• Based in Nevada and a Nevada resident • Active member of the State Bar of Nevada • 8 to 12 years of experience in complex litigation • Business, employment, general liability and/or professional liability experience is a plus • Ability to independently handle cases and analyze complex issues • Experience structuring discovery plans • Experience taking and defending depositions • Experience managing document-intensive cases • Experience drafting dispositive motions • Experience preparing for trial • Solid work ethic • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Team player with a passion for advocacy
