📋 Description

• Fine-comb demand letters by reviewing statutory accuracy, factual citations, theory alignment, terms-of-service conformity, and state coverage • Quality-assure notice batches and claimant communications before sending • Partner with co-counsel to run plaintiff-side mass arbitration campaigns end-to-end • Handle pre-suit demands, notices of dispute, AAA/JAMS filings, IDRs, and settlement negotiations • Serve as a substantive authority on case strategy, redlines, and filings • Evaluate and validate case theories across consumer protection, privacy, UDTP, data breach, false advertising, and complex litigation • Refine the case evaluation playbook for scale and repeatability • Collaborate with Legal Ops, Data, and Engineering teams to improve case pipelines and demand letter quality

🎯 Requirements

• JD • Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, preferably California • Approximately 5 years of complex litigation experience at a reputable law firm • Direct experience with consumer protection, UDTP, privacy/wiretapping, data breach, or false advertising theories is a plus • Strong attention to detail and comfort with deep, careful review of legal drafts • Comfortable using AI tools, legal tooling, and automation • Deadline-driven, organized, and pragmatic; able to make calls quickly without losing rigor • Mission-oriented and interested in holding corporations accountable
