📋 Description

• Deploy and integrate C2 software on-site with military operators domestically and internationally • Perform break-fix troubleshooting and rapid code development in the field • Gather requirements from uniformed operators and ship same-day • Work with drone operators, potentially flying assets in air, water, or land during live missions • Feed field insights back to core engineering • Operate autonomously in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments involving hardware, code, and technician work • Embed directly with U.S. military and government customers • Own the technical success of Swarm Aero's C2 systems in live operational environments

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years full-stack software engineering and/or forward-deployed engineering experience • US citizen or Green Card holder • Comfortable with 50-75% travel • Experience with Golang, React, Python, C/C++, Java, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD • Ability to deploy and integrate C2 software on-site with military operators • Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and rapidly develop code in field environments • Ability to gather requirements from uniformed operators and ship same-day • Ability to work with drone operators and potentially fly assets in air, water, or land during live missions • Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments
