📋 Description

• Complete ministry surveys for grant applications each quarter/year • Organize ministries and organizations requiring annual ministry updates for executive leadership • Communicate with donors requesting emailed year-end tax statements and troubleshoot delivery issues • Manage pledges and document pledge fulfillment • Set quarterly Advancement Team meetings, assign tasks, update notes, and lead meetings • Support caseload reports, end-of-month/end-of-year reports, Executive Summary notes, and totals • Update contribution errors, including incorrectly labeled funds • Communicate with the Finance Team regarding processing questions and donor requests • Verify donation batches weekly with the Finance Team • Contact donors for updated addresses regarding returned tax receipts • Assist with fundraiser and event invitations and mailings • Prepare segmented lists for mail communications and emails • Analyze giving trends and ROI for specific appeals and events

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a similar role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Quick and eager learner • Impressively organized with great attention to detail • High moral integrity, emotional health, social awareness, and spiritual maturity • Team player excited to serve and contribute • Evangelical Jesus-follower who loves the gospel and evangelism • Wise and mature believer who knows the Word of God and seeks to follow it • Fast-paced worker and multitasker with demonstrated ability to hit deadlines • Familiarity with Google Docs and spreadsheets • Previous experience in QuickBooks and Virtuous is a plus • Located in the US and legally authorized to work in the US
