📋 Description

• Lead the operational infrastructure for HOKA’s creative marketing engine • Own and evolve the Creative Project Management operating model, including capacity planning, workload management, prioritization, intake, resourcing, workflows, SOPs, tools, and systems • Build and maintain end-to-end campaign workflows and clarify roles, processes, handoffs, and delivery expectations • Establish and optimize creative review and approval processes • Directly manage the Creative Project Management sub-team • Mentor and develop the team’s project management, operational thinking, stakeholder management, and influence capabilities • Partner with the Director of Global PM on headcount planning, onboarding, and team structure • Translate campaign strategies and business goals into actionable creative briefs • Bridge regional and global creative workstreams while aligning adaptations with global brand standards • Drive weekly and bi-weekly creative cadence meetings • Manage creative freelancer and contractor operations, including sourcing coordination, interviews, contracts, onboarding, and budget tracking • Report on creative operations KPIs, resource utilization, timelines, delivery health, and risks • Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors to ensure accountability, clear SOWs, and on-time delivery • Maintain the creative operations source of truth for brand systems, design standards, and creative toolkits • Build frameworks and playbooks for cross-functional engagement with Creative • Own operational governance and continuous improvement of creative systems, including digital asset management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field • PMP certification a plus • 7+ years in creative operations, project management, or marketing operations within a consumer brand • Strong brand experience in complex, matrixed, global organizations • Experience building and scaling creative operations systems, workflows, governance models, and tools • 3+ years of direct people management experience leading a project management or creative operations team • Experience managing internal creative studios and external agency/vendor partnerships within a global brand environment • Background in campaign development, content creation, or brand marketing ops strongly preferred • Ability to translate business strategy into actionable creative briefs, operational plans, and executable workflows • Experience defining operational KPIs, reporting cadences, and using insights for decision-making and continuous improvement • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lead through influence without authority • Understanding of creative team rhythms, culture, and ways of working • Strong team leadership skills • Understanding of creative development, campaign workflows, design processes, and production lifecycles • Ability to translate strategic objectives into creative briefs, project plans, and execution frameworks • Strong data and reporting discipline • Ability to exercise independent judgment and prioritize competing needs • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage ambiguity • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment • Proficiency with Asana, monday.com, and Airtable required; DAM systems experience preferred • Ability to travel domestically • Must reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, or Washington
