📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day performance and continuous evolution of the Demand Planning function for the UGG Wholesale channel • Ensure delivery of a rigorous, data-driven demand plan supporting profitable growth and improved forecast accuracy • Manage forecasting processes and coordinate the S&OP demand planning cadence • Translate business priorities into team objectives and execution plans • Partner with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Planning stakeholders • Shape demand assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and incorporate trade-offs into the consensus forecast • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Demand Planning team • Manage performance, provide coaching and feedback, and develop individual growth plans • Set team priorities, coordinate assignments, monitor goals, and provide technical guidance • Influence partners through fact-based storytelling, clear assumptions, and concise recommendations • Communicate with senior stakeholders regarding demand risks, trade-offs, and recommended actions • Improve demand planning processes in alignment with functional strategies, business priorities, and financial targets • Apply analytical judgment, scenario planning, and strategic demand shaping • Develop and operationalize attribute planning and segmentation frameworks • Lead UGG Wholesale demand planning cadence and cross-functional collaboration meetings • Escalate risks, trade-offs, and gaps through governance and management channels • Recommend process improvements that strengthen decision readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in supply chain management, merchandising, business, or related field preferred • Demand and/or supply planning certifications strongly preferred • Advanced analytics or data visualization experience, including Tableau or similar tools, preferred • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in demand or supply planning within a global, multi-channel organization, including retail, wholesale, and ecommerce • Experience leading a demand planning team of 6+ professionals and coordinating work across complex cross-functional stakeholders • Demonstrated experience managing forecasting processes and contributing to S&OP demand planning cadence, governance, and continuous improvement • Experience supporting strategic demand shaping, attribute planning, segmentation frameworks, scenario planning, and consensus demand alignment across commercial and planning stakeholders • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills • Advanced experience with o9 or comparable planning platforms • Strong strategic planning, demand shaping, segmentation, scenario planning, and consensus alignment capabilities • Ability to connect marketplace, product, consumer, channel, geography, and commercial signals into aligned demand choices and recommendations • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, decision-making, influence, and presentation skills • Must reside in one of the approved states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, or Washington
