📋 Description

• Answer inbound customer calls • Provide support with order placement and invoice/billing assistance • Make product suggestions according to customer needs to increase sales of specific products/programs • Demonstrate knowledge of DecoPac products and services • Present information using approved DecoPac marketing tools and resources • Accurately record customer activities in the CRM system • Process orders and product requests in a timely and professional manner • Maintain high standards of customer service • Report food safety concerns to the Manager • Perform other duties as assigned • Work Monday–Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM and every 3rd Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM • Work remotely or at the office

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year experience in a customer support or call center environment • Inside or outside sales experience strongly preferred • CRM experience preferred • Ability to self-motivate and work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams • Excellent computer knowledge and high aptitude for understanding and utilizing technology within business • High school diploma or equivalent • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and time management skills • Decision making skills • Ability to type at least 30 wpm • Ability to learn and retain new information and concepts • Strong interpersonal skills • Attention to detail • Ability to sit, talk and/or hear, use hands and fingers, and occasionally stand or walk • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds • Residency in Minnesota is required
