📋 Description

• Own and deliver the annual revenue target for the Space pod/domain • Drive net new revenue, expansions, and cross-sales with Account Executives and Mission Directors • Ensure pipeline coverage and forecasting accuracy • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development on pipeline coverage and deal collateral • Own domain bookings, renewals, and expansions • Own domain-level gross profit margins and balance time-to-value with margin targets • Partner with Finance, RevOps, and Delivery leadership on staffing models, contract modifications, revenue recognition, and margin reporting • Ensure high-quality delivery across domain programs • Serve as the escalation point for delivery or customer risk • Ensure Mission Directors manage onboarding, adoption, and renewals effectively • Build, retain, and develop Mission Directors and supporting domain staff • Address burnout, performance gaps, and staffing risks • Approve and prioritize domain staffing requests • Lead across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Operations • Align Account Executives, Mission Directors, Delivery teams, and Product teams • Represent the domain in executive reviews, QBRs, and strategic planning forums • Deliver results against revenue, growth, margin, customer satisfaction, government performance, renewal, forecast accuracy, and personnel retention metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain is required • Experience commensurate with the scope of domain responsibility • Ability to own domain-level P&L, revenue attainment, gross profit margins, and sustainable growth • Ability to drive new revenue, expansions, cross-sales, bookings, renewals, and pipeline forecasting • Ability to manage delivery quality, customer satisfaction, risk, onboarding, adoption, and renewals • Ability to build, retain, and develop high-performing teams • Ability to approve staffing models and requests while balancing growth, margin, and delivery quality • Ability to lead across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Operations • Ability to align Account Executives, Mission Directors, Delivery teams, and Product teams • Willingness to travel significantly (estimated 25–50%)
