📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, clinical investigators, healthcare providers, policy influencers, and other stakeholders • Serve as the primary field medical resource and communicate accurate, balanced scientific information about company programs • Support scientific education at psychiatry conferences, advisory boards, and educational events • Gather and communicate field insights to inform strategy and decision-making • Provide clinical and scientific input to R&D, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams • Respond to unsolicited medical information requests from healthcare professionals • Monitor and report on the competitor landscape • Support clinical trial site identification and enrollment initiatives • Support investigator-initiated and Phase IV trial activities • Ensure interactions comply with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements • Provide scientific and clinical expertise for government affairs, policy discussions, public comments, and stakeholder briefings • Support relationships with government agencies, policymakers, and mental health advocacy groups • Oversee slide decks and training materials for state and federal policymakers • Develop educational materials for HEOR and advocacy organizations • Represent the company at government affairs forums, advocacy events, and policy conferences as requested • Develop MSL onboarding, disease-state, and scientific-platform training programs • Contribute to field materials, medical decks, engagement resources, CRM design, and field-insight best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent) strongly preferred • Minimum of 4+ years of MSL or related medical affairs experience • Psychiatry/CNS experience required • Record of successfully supporting pre-launch through launch staged companies with an entrepreneurial mindset • Experience engaging with policy, government affairs, or advocacy stakeholders in the healthcare sector strongly preferred • Deep understanding of psychiatric disease states, treatment paradigms, and the U.S. healthcare landscape • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to interpret and present complex scientific data clearly and concisely • Familiarity with CRM systems, insight tools, and compliant field operations • Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced biotech environment with cross-functional collaboration • Willingness to travel up to 60% as needed
