📋 Description

• Review laboratory results and address critical values • Provide consultation and treatment for primary care and acute conditions • Provide consultation and treatment for diabetes mellitus • Provide consultation and treatment for erectile dysfunction • Provide consultation and treatment for weight management • Perform general laboratory review • Assist staff with reviewing symptoms, history, conditions, and treatment • Refer patients to other physicians or appropriate resources when needed • Build rapport with patients through video, messaging, and phone communication • Enter and maintain appropriate records using the EMR system • Maintain strict patient confidentiality • Assist with follow-up care of hormone replacement therapy patients • Review HRT laboratory results and monitor critical values including H/H, E2, and PSA • Adjust medications • Educate patients about nutrition, lifestyle, and stress • Answer patient questions about medications and care plans • Assist with HRT diagnoses and care plans • Assist with peptide therapies and fertility

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a Florida resident to apply • Active license • Practitioners with multi-state licensing will be given preference • Must be in good standing with medical board • Must have adequate equipment for telemedicine • Must commit to working on set deadlines • Comfort communicating with patients using phone and video calls • Experience as an experienced practitioner is sought • Ability to use an EMR system • Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality
