📋 Description

• Provide remote outpatient mental health care to adults in California • Build ongoing patient relationships • Evaluate patients, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans • Manage medications and monitor treatment response, side effects, and patient safety • Educate patients and coordinate appropriate follow-up or referrals • Complete clinical documentation promptly • Communicate effectively with the care team • Follow applicable prescribing requirements and MEDvidi’s clinical policies • Work alongside a team focused on accessible, personalized care

🎯 Requirements

• PMHNP with active board certification • Active, unrestricted California medical license • Active DEA registration • Experience treating adult outpatient mental health conditions • Sound clinical judgment • Effective communication • Comfort delivering care by video • Availability for full-time employment • Private workspace with reliable internet • Additional state licenses and prior telehealth experience are preferred
