📋 Description

• Perform record-by-record reconciliation, aggregate totals validation, and exception identification during the PeopleSoft-to-Workday migration • Refine data crosswalks showing PeopleSoft field equivalents, data type conversions, formula translations, and Workday FDM integration points • Identify data quality issues, unmapped fields, transformation failures, and process deviations between legacy and target systems • Review and validate PeopleSoft budget data integration into Workday through the Financial Data Model • Document validation findings and remediation steps • Prepare validation reports with exception logs, root cause analysis, and recommended corrective actions • Work with other teams to identify and solve issues • Support UAT and sign-off activities • Collaborate with Budget team members and project stakeholders to validate reconciliation results and certify readiness for go-live • Perform duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Senior/Expert level with 7+ years of experience • 84 months of experience developing and executing data extraction and transformation processes for Budget and Finance • 84 months of experience optimizing SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration • 84 months of experience mapping PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolving inconsistencies • 84 months of experience implementing ETL tools and validating data accuracy post-migration • 84 months of experience collaborating with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition • 84 months of experience developing and maintaining clear and consistent documentation for data and conversion processes and procedures • 84 months of experience working collaboratively with technical teams including PeopleSoft, Workday, database administrators, and cybersecurity analysts • Experience with MS Platform including Outlook, Teams, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Tumbleweed, VDI, ORACLE Products, PeopleSoft, and Workday
