📋 Description

• Lead artificial intelligence and machine learning engineering initiatives • Develop and productionize deep learning, generative AI, and large language model solutions • Design prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation systems • Build and manage embeddings and vector database solutions • Fine-tune, train, validate, and evaluate machine learning models • Implement MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI model deployment • Develop REST APIs and microservices • Work with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP • Apply security, privacy, and responsible AI practices • Contribute within Agile/Scrum processes

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience required • Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) • Deep Learning • Generative AI (GenAI) • Large Language Models (LLMs) • Prompt Engineering • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Embeddings and Vector Databases • Fine-tuning LLMs • Python • TensorFlow • PyTorch • Scikit-learn • Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering • Model Training, Validation, and Evaluation • Statistics and ML Algorithms • MLOps • CI/CD Pipelines • Docker • Kubernetes • REST APIs and Microservices • Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • AI Model Deployment and Productionization • Security, Privacy, and Responsible AI • Problem Solving and Analytical Skills • Agile/Scrum • Retail domain experience preferred • Enterprise Transformation projects preferred • Model Governance preferred • Stakeholder Management preferred • Excellent Communication Skills preferred
