📋 Description

• Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting subprocesses, including Offer, Employment Agreement, and Onboarding steps • Build and update offer letters and employment contracts using Workday Docs and calculated fields to inject real-time data tokens • Set up multi-level internal approval chains and manage security permission domains for sensitive document visibility • Maintain integrations with external signing platforms such as DocuSign • Troubleshoot generation errors, test complex condition rules, and ensure data handoff from pre-hire to active worker profiles • Build, test, and maintain personalized employee journeys using Workday’s drag-and-drop builder and pre-built templates • Connect Workday tasks, external links, and third-party applications for onboarding, manager transitions, and role changes • Target journeys based on location, job level, department, or demographic data • Partner with internal communications, HR business partners, and leadership to digitize training, policy rollouts, and employee engagement campaigns • Work alongside the HRIS team and Workday partner during the Journeys implementation, including the EMEA phase 1 rollout, and subsequently roll out Journeys globally

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months contract, with possible extension • Visa: GC/USC • 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience, specifically Workday Recruiting and Journeys • Strong proficiency in Workday Onboarding, Workday Docs, calculated fields, business process framework (BPF), and notification/document generation setup • Familiarity with global or regional compliance needs for employment contracts and digital signatures • Strong requirement-gathering skills to translate HR policies into automated system workflows • Experience with detailed Workday configuration/implementation, not just dashboards • Experience setting up contract/offer automation globally for 14 countries • Experience with global Journeys implementations
