📋 Description

• Lead the team responsible for translating the platform into outcomes, use cases, and problem spaces • Own the day-to-day development and execution of solution-level messaging • Manage a small team of Solutions Marketing professionals • Ensure solution messaging shows up consistently everywhere buyers and sellers encounter it • Develop industry- and use-case-specific assets, solution briefs, and first-meeting sales decks • Partner with Content Marketing to ensure editorial output reflects current solution priorities • Act as the day-to-day point of contact between Solutions Marketing and other departments

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including meaningful time in solutions or product marketing • Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report • Familiarity with cybersecurity, identity security, PAM, or adjacent enterprise security markets preferred • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into buyer-relevant messaging • Strong writing and editing skills • Track record of delivering messaging and sales assets that support campaign execution • Effective cross-functional collaborator
