📋 Description

• Drive new product development for AI initiatives focused on identity security, authorization, and privileged access • Translate emerging identity, security, and AI market trends into well-scoped features and product improvements • Partner with senior product leadership to shape the AI roadmap • Ship innovative features quickly while meeting enterprise-scale customer requirements • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success • Own product initiatives from concept through launch with measurable adoption and user-success outcomes • Conduct discovery research with CISOs, security architects, and compliance teams • Support external storytelling through customer conversations, case studies, and occasional analyst or conference engagement • Report to the Senior Director, Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management • Preferably experience in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or network security • Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA) • Solid understanding of large language models, multi-agent systems, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol) • Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams • Experience collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals • Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices for enterprise software and AI products • Demonstrable record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products through the full product lifecycle • Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Up to 25% travel
