📋 Description

• Own the product journey from first touch through signup, onboarding, and first reward sent • Own conversion and experiments on the website and landing pages • Develop the growth roadmap and help staff the new Growth squad through internal transfers and external hires • Build systems enabling rapid landing-page testing and iteration without waiting for an engineering sprint • Run end-to-end campaigns with Marketing across audience, copy, landing pages, emails, and ads • Develop acquisition channels including referrals, programmatic SEO, AI-search and chatbot referrals, interactive tools, and recipient-to-sender conversion • Create an incentives system defining offers, eligibility, and value • Prototype with AI and test concepts with real companies • Work asynchronously in a documentation-first product culture • Report to Prateek Mehta, Group PM • Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps on campaigns and self-serve-to-sales handoffs

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years shipping web products as a growth PM, founder, or engineer • Experience with acquisition, conversion, or activation • Founder or founding-engineer background is a strong plus • Technical depth sufficient to instrument a funnel, read data, and build a landing page • Ability to evaluate and improve conversion flows • Ability to judge when testing will produce meaningful evidence • Healthy skepticism of growth playbooks • Outstanding written communication • Experience or ability to prototype with AI
