📋 Description

• Safely operate a 15-Ton Tadano TR-150XL-4 Rough Terrain Crane according to manufacturer specifications and site safety guidelines • Perform daily pre-operational checks, inspect rigging, monitor fluid levels, and report mechanical issues • Coordinate with riggers and signal personnel for precise, secure load handling and positioning • Assist with general site tasks, tool maintenance, and ground support during operational downtime • Adhere to OSHA standards, site-specific safety protocols, and company policies • Support long-term construction projects scheduled through December 2027

🎯 Requirements

• Valid NCCCO (or equivalent industry/state) Crane Operator Certification for Rough Terrain / Hydraulic Cranes • Proven experience operating RT cranes; experience with Tadano equipment is a plus • Strong knowledge of load charts, rigging procedures, hand signals, and safety regulations • Willingness to perform general job site tasks when crane operation is paused • Reliable transportation and ability to work full project hours • Ability to pass required background checks, drug screenings, and physical evaluations • Driver's License preferred • Day Shift availability preferred • Night Shift availability preferred
