📋 Description

• Perform assessments, solution design, and implementations of enterprise Digital Workplace solutions across Microsoft technologies • Design and deploy solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Teams, and Purview • Deliver customer-facing workshops covering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Security, Data Governance, and Teams • Lead large and complex engagements, manage client relationships, and ensure successful project delivery • Provide technical oversight for project teams, identify delivery gaps, support escalations, and keep projects on track • Communicate complex technical concepts to engineers, IT managers, and executive stakeholders • Support project scoping and develop and present Statements of Work and Service Orders as needed • Coach and mentor team members and contribute to professional development • Review and contribute to engagement deliverables and work products • Collaborate with presales teams to scope engagements, define timelines, and develop proposal content • Identify additional client service opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to support business growth • Contribute to presentations, industry events, marketing initiatives, and technical thought leadership • Develop best practices, reference architectures, and technical resources

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft environment architecture and solution design across on-premises and cloud-based services • Hands-on experience designing and deploying Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Purview solutions • Proven client-facing consulting experience with technical and executive stakeholders • Strong understanding of Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Microsoft security and compliance, and endpoint management • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting • Experience supporting, administering, and architecting on-premises and cloud-based environments supporting 1,000+ concurrent users • Ability to perform non-cloud-related technical work, including configuration of on-premises Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory and Certificate Services • Strong understanding of the broader Microsoft technology stack • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate business, operational, and financial objectives into effective technical solutions • Experience with Windows 365 or Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) preferred • Experience with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred • Experience with third-party Microsoft ecosystem solutions such as Quest, ShareGate, or BitTitan preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant technical certifications and professional experience will also be considered • Must possess at least one certification from each category: Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate OR Endpoint Administrator Associate; Microsoft Information Security Administrator Associate OR Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate • Strong leadership, collaboration, organizational, time management, presentation, and communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal management oversight • Availability for extended client and project meetings • Must be available to work PST or MST business hours • Candidates residing in Western states are strongly preferred; candidates outside Western states receive lower priority
