📋 Description

• Build and test LLM-based solutions and applications using Token Factory’s inference services, including multimodal text, vision, and audio models • Assist senior Solutions Architects with prompt engineering, model selection, benchmarking, and inference optimization • Run performance and quality experiments to support proof-of-concept work • Contribute to internal tooling and automation that improves Solutions Architect team delivery • Work alongside senior Solutions Architects with close mentorship • Collaborate closely with the backend team • Learn how scalable AI applications are built and tuned on Nebius’s platform

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a BSc/MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field • Strong Python programming skills • Hands-on generative AI experience, including common ML frameworks such as PyTorch and Transformers • Strong communication skills, with willingness to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences • Permitted to work in the job’s location • Experience deploying/serving LLMs with vLLM, SGLang, or TensorRT-LLM (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with inference optimization techniques such as quantization, batching, caching, and routing (nice-to-have) • Knowledge of model architectures and fine-tuning approaches (nice-to-have) • Contributions to open-source ML/AI projects (nice-to-have) • Preferred technical stack includes Python; vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, Transformers, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs; LangChain, LangSmith, smolagents or equivalent; FastAPI; Flask; Kubernetes; Docker; Git; AWS, GCP, and Azure AI platforms
