📋 Description

• Partner with leaders across Sales and Client Management, Product, and Marketing to understand business and program needs, priorities, and long-term vision • Translate business needs into actionable and scalable operational roadmaps • Build and deepen collaborative relationships across designated business units and align with Operations & Organizational Planning and other stakeholders • Coach and promote an operational mindset across designated business units and the enterprise • Drive the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of program operational strategy • Champion program and participant experience functions and constituent voices in planning discussions and strategic forums • Manage complex or high-priority operational issues and initiatives • Provide guidance, direction, and decision-making to drive timely resolution • Define, monitor, and report operational trends • Use data insights to improve program transparency and customer experience • Support development and review of training and communication materials • Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives involving operational excellence, program scalability, and user experience enhancements • Serve as a consultative liaison, subject matter expert, and process expert for Sales business units

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management or related field • Demonstrated success in planning, managing and scaling functional operational processes • 4+ years relevant experience in Sales or Insurance organizations • Experience managing complex operations • Excellent critical thinking, strategic planning and problem-solving skills • Superior interpersonal skills • Demonstrated time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities • Advanced communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening • Ability to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism • Ability to communicate effectively • Ability to operate personal computers and related technologies • Must conduct business in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical standards • Preferred: Knowledge of health plan benefits, processes and operations, ideally in Medical or Dental • Preferred: Experience in Massachusetts insurance environment • Preferred: Strong process mindset, with solid problem analysis and resolution skills
