📋 Description

• Assist the government in administering the Competency Framework program • Provide technical expertise across seven space power disciplines: Orbital Warfare, Space Electromagnetic Warfare, Space Battle Management, Space Access/Mobility/Sustainment, Military Intelligence, Engineering/Acquisition, and Cyber Operations • Develop and maintain Spacepower Discipline competency matrices cross-walked to developmental opportunities, education/training objectives, certifications, assessments, and experience indicators • Develop competency informational content for DoD stakeholders, Senior Leaders, Guardians, and coaches/mentors • Liaise continuously with Field Commands and Career Field Managers to update and validate competency information • Assist with technical development of personnel assessments for talent management programs • Create and deliver psychometrically sound selection instruments • Evaluate commercial assessments • Analyze and report assessment results • Design and execute validation studies

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in an Operations, Engineering, Scientific, Analysis, Policy or Planning field • Speechwriting or equivalent experience/responsibility • DoD Secret clearance desired • BA/BS required
