📋 Description

• Lead or support Growth projects, including relocations, refreshes, closures, facilities initiatives, process improvements, and strategic projects • Translate priorities into project plans, owners, timelines, and deliverables • Develop standardized tools, SOPs, playbooks, and scalable processes • Oversee the operating cadence for Greenfield clinic openings from planning through opening day • Lead recurring Greenfield calls, track milestones and action items, and resolve risks or delays • Coordinate Growth, Operations, Real Estate, Facilities, Construction, Marketing, Finance, IT, Recruiting, and other partners • Provide day-to-day oversight of Facilities operations across the clinic network • Monitor Facilities service levels, escalations, spend, recurring issues, and service trends • Improve ticketing, communication, issue resolution, vendor management, and Facilities processes • Use Facilities data to support relocations, refreshes, closures, and capital planning • Monitor project performance against timelines, goals, and KPIs and report progress, risks, and decisions to leadership • Capture best practices and support a scalable Growth operating model

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management, operations, business operations, or a related field • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, competing priorities, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail • Comfortable leading meetings, driving accountability, and influencing without direct authority • Proactive, adaptable, and action-oriented, with the ability to turn broad objectives into clear, executable plans • Experience in healthcare, retail, construction, facilities, new site openings, or multi-location organizations is a plus • Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, or CRM platforms is preferred
