📋 Description

• Provide critical administrative and operational support to the finance department • Oversee procurement of A/V components, raw materials, and installation tools • Establish and maintain supplier relationships and negotiate contract terms • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate purchasing functions • Conduct cost comparisons and market trend analyses to drive cost reduction • Maintain and update records of purchases, vendor information, vendor terms agreements, and inventory levels • Address vendor-related issues such as order delays and discrepancies • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards in purchasing practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail • Strong focus on supplier relationship management, cost efficiency, and quality assurance in the supply chain • Ability to work collaboratively as part of the accounting team • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Effective stress management and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and vendor platforms • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines • Adaptable to a moderate noise environment and occasional outdoor work • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 3 years in purchasing or vendor management, preferably in the A/V industry • Proven track record in customer service roles • Experience in customer service and understanding of home technology: A/V systems, lighting, and security • Software experience: Acumatica, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
