📋 Description

• Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Finance, and RevOps on operational tasks supporting project success, including routing projects, provisioning, and customer transition management • Manage sales-to-implementation customer handovers, ensuring contractual obligations and deliverables are compliant before project start • Ensure complete handover of implementation projects to Customer Success, including auditing consultant project closeout activities • Administer Professional Services tools including Toggl and Asana through project provisioning, template upkeep, permissions management, and systematic archiving • Prepare recurring operational reports and dashboards covering delivery performance, capacity, utilization, backlog, and project health • Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and operational playbooks • Maintain metrics tracking and KPI reporting for Professional Services operations • Use AI-enabled tools, workflow automations, and platform integrations to improve efficiency and data accuracy • Audit operational data, project documentation, and delivery readiness, coordinating corrections to maintain accurate information and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Professional Services Operations, Delivery Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar operational support role within a SaaS or technology organization • Expertise in CRM and Project Management software, particularly Salesforce, Toggl, Asana, and PSA systems • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including capacity trackers, SLA reporting, and operational reporting • Ability to manage routine operational tasks with high autonomy, maintain rigorous data integrity, and meet deadlines • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders and uphold data compliance standards • Ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and operational discipline • Experience preparing operational reports and maintaining data used to support leadership decision-making
