📋 Description

• Lead data center construction projects from planning through completion • Develop schedules, track milestones, and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams • Manage project budgets, cost estimates, procurement, contracts, and change orders • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations • Review construction drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance • Oversee project documentation and progress tracking using Procore, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 • Coordinate integration of access control and CCTV systems • Manage testing, start-up, and commissioning activities • Coordinate Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS) • Complete final project turnover while meeting budget, schedule, safety, quality, and delivery expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience successfully managing and delivering data center construction projects • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field • Experience leading complex construction projects involving multiple contractors and technical teams • Strong understanding of critical facility infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and operational requirements • Experience coordinating security infrastructure, including access control and CCTV installations • Ability to interpret technical plans, engineering documents, and construction specifications • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining safety, quality, and project delivery standards • If hired, completion of Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification at the start of employment • Temporary work authorization or the need for sponsorship may disqualify employment
