📋 Description

• Plan and manage projects from initiation through completion • Ensure alignment with business objectives and customer requirements • Coordinate project resources and progress reporting • Lead troubleshooting efforts to address issues and ensure successful outcomes • Monitor project performance, evaluate risks and results, and recommend adjustments to schedules, costs, and resources • Manage complex innovation, supply, or cost-related projects, including scheduling, execution, and delivery • Serve as gatekeeper of the Stage Gate process across ideation, prototyping, testing, and execution • Recommend improvements to the Stage Gate process • Advise senior leadership on project performance, risks, opportunities, execution, and resource allocation • Interface with cross-functional teams and serve as the central project contact • Identify project risks and propose mitigation solutions • Instruct and coach cross-functional project teams • Maintain the category innovation roadmap and track resource availability • Mentor and support project task execution, professional development, and team goals • Comply with company policies and standards • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 3-5 Years of experience • Project Management Life Cycle • Project Implementation • Influencing Skills • Budgeting • Vendor Management • Subcontracting • Mitigation • Process Improvement • Document Control • Commissioning • Travel up to 25% • Ability to work in office, plant/warehouse floor, various shifts, heights/elevated platforms • Ability to use required equipment and PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, safety shoes, and safety vest
