📋 Description

• Perform operational evaluation site visits to established STARBASE sites, as determined by the ODASW (RI) Director Civil Military Programs, no less than once every 3 years • Review site operations and curriculum delivery for compliance with DoW instructions and key program factors • Complete a minimum of 10 site visits per year • Develop and update a national program evaluation checklist • Review and adjust the site assessment tool for statistical documentation and evaluation of program performance • Prepare site visit reports with recommended action plans and timelines for correcting deficiencies • Participate in Program Director and Instructor training workshops • Provide technical assistance and support to programs offering STARBASE Advanced • Lead preparation of the STARBASE Annual Report • Serve as a key point of contact between the organization and government stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel to STARBASE sites nationwide • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Experience with government contracting preferred • Experience with curriculum development preferred • Attention to detail required
