📋 Description

• Support Pre-Contract and Operations with project costs and pricing objectives • Use past experience, data analysis, and metrics to develop estimates • Create bid comparisons using tools and data analysis • Support supplier relations and strategies • Select appropriate suppliers for bidding with internal teams • Develop RFQ documentation for suppliers and subcontractors • Lead communication with suppliers and subcontractors on active RFQs • Lead development and presentation of cost models • Assist with bid project submissions and customer documents • Build tools for efficient estimating • Lead review meetings with internal operations teams and leaders • Maintain organized and accurate project documentation • Partner with Applications Engineering and Purchasing to meet job bid needs and scope

🎯 Requirements

• Motivation and ability to learn and improve processes and tools • Clear and concise written and verbal communication • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to develop new forms and tools • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience; Material Handling Industry preferred • College degree, with a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience • Familiarity with conveyor installation • Experience estimating mechanical installation costs • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent projects
