• Build the future of travel with creativity, innovation and impact. • Connect every trip seamlessly and create memorable experiences for millions of travelers across the region. • Be a trusted advisor to the hotels in your portfolio, relied upon for commercial decisions. • Manage availability, rate competitiveness, conversion and relationship health across the accounts in your portfolio. • Lead negotiations on rates, inventory, promotions and paid media for Decolar brands. • Maintain a consistent cadence of performance reviews with partners. • Read data and develop analyses to identify patterns and prioritize accounts. • Translate data and context into actionable recommendations for hotels.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in travel (hotel, tour operator, inbound/receptive, OTA) or in consultative B2B sales/account management in a dynamic environment. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Economics, Marketing or a related field. • Consultative approach: listens before selling, understands before recommending; builds trust through substance, not charm. • Comfortable with data: advanced Excel skills, fluent dashboard reading, and a curiosity to understand the "why" behind the numbers. • Clear communication and active listening, with the ability to lead a commercial conversation from scratch. • Ownership mindset: takes initiative, closes loops and does not wait for instruction. • Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with Google Workspace. • Availability for frequent travel within your region. • Native Portuguese; intermediate English; Spanish is a plus. • Passion for travel and for the online hospitality business.
